Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance leaked gameplay!

Posted

The gameplay looks amazing! And the creator of the vid managed not to spoil any part of the story in the process which makes this video safe to watch. It also seems to have new reaction commands and drive forms. Hopefully Square Enix doesn't decide to give us up and make us cry by removing them or lowering their power to still keep things new.

I'm surprised nobody posted this yet, the news has been spreading pretty quickly and the released footage only game out recently. The clip is only 5 minutes long so we can't get much out of it. But we do see one of the worlds. It looks like Traverse Town may be making a comeback but I can't say for sure.

Of course since we are not playing the game we cannot take advantage of the 3D effects, but from the looks of things I can see what would pop out if it were in 3D. Spells and the sparks that fly from hitting something with the keyblade look like something that would pop out but we will only know for sure once the game comes out. I have to say the game looks very promising. Hopefully we won't have to wait a year for the English version to come out.

Anyway here is the video.
