Alot of people don’t like Aquaman or think he is useless because of super friends show but comic world he is known as good underrated character that does not get credit he deserves but with DC reboot he might finally get what he needs thanks to Geoff Johns.The comic is great and one of best in the DC reboots and one of the best Geoff Johns issues i’ve read in years.It shows all elements of Aquaman and how he deals humans and Atlanteans.It mixes action,back story and normal moments.The art is this issue is great and there nothing to complain about.The issue ends with cliff hanger where you want to read the 2nd issue right now.It even makes fun of the fact that people don’t like Aquaman and how Johns is trying to show how he is great character. As whole the issue as nothing to complain about and everything done well.

The Flash # 1
One of DC’s biggest heros stars in one of the final issues in new 52.The Flash # 1 does not tell where Barry Allen is and does not keep much of what happen in past for flash but we do get solid issue. The best thing about issue is the art it’s crisp and looks great.The story is good and issue ends with good cliff hanger but nothing is great other than art but it’s not bad thing.I did enjoy this issue and it’s good to get back to normal flash story’s again.If you’re flash fan i would pick this up it’s solid starting issue

Justice League Dark # 1
JLD shows off most of the famous magicians and mystics people in DCU.The art is good but when it’s close up character models look little off to me but rest of the art in the issue is good.I don’t like Zatanna new costume it’s not that it’s bad but old one was so good.The story does good job introducing most of the JLD team but story is just good but at times it can felt like too much is going on.The cliff hanger is fine but don’t felt like i have pick next one up off the cliff hanger.Overall this issue is good and solid read for fans of magic in dcu.

All-star Western # 1
Johan Hex gets a parter and it’s Amadeus Arkham which makes for great team up and does not make it just a western story.Talking about story’s the one in this issue is good and explains both characters very well and has decent cliff-hanger.The art in this issue is great and blends in well with the old wild west story.The ending of the story is odd but will properly make more sense in later issues.So overall the issue is great if you are looking for something new or good western tale this is for you.

Brilliant # 1
Did Brilliant have a brilliant 1st issue? In my opinion it did not the story was hard to follow and moved to face without learning a whole lot.The art for most part is good but some scenes seemed darker than should have been and some character models did not look good at some panels.The writing are good but story is still confusing.I didn’t hate this issue some of the parts of story were good and i wanted to see how it works out in future issues but the problems in this issue are hard to ignore.

With Miles Morales being the new Spiderman we learn his new powers like spider strike and disappearing powers which is nice he as powers that Peter Parker didn’t.The story in this issue is good and does some things that couldn’t be done with Peter Parker.The art is nice but hair on characters looks shiny and like there wearing a wig.The lettering is good but comic as no real cliff-hanger but it’s still solid issue,
