You can't artificially create Eggs or Sperm, you can artificially inseminate, but that's when you take a guy's sperm and inject it into a woman's egg and then put it in a surrogate. It's for women who can't get pregnant due to various reasons.

Stem cells don't count as it's not perfected yet. If you read it, you'd find that there are some imperfections in it, like sperm with shorter tails. Anywho, this has strayed far from the original point of this thread.

I didn't say we had completely perfected it and are now pumping out artificial babies from a factory, I said it was possible.
