Fear Itself 7.1 Captain America
I did not like Fear Itself,I don’t like idea where you release 7.1,7.2 and 7.3 to try to fix what was wrong in Fear Itself.I didn’t like death of Bucky i though it was handle terribly but if anyone can fix problems that happen to Captain America character in Fear Itself it would be Ed Brubaker.Fear Itself 7.1 is great one-shot story about what happened to Bucky and how he faked his death.The writing and art are wonderful and make well-rounded tale building up for new Bucky ongoing series which is going to be called Winter Soldier.It’s one of best things to come out of Fear Itself and if your Cap fan you should pick it up.

Uncanny X-men # 1
With Schism being over Cyclops as team leader gets there own fresh start but unlike Wolverine and X-men is doesn’t feel like a #1 issue and doesn’t mesh well.The charactization of people on team of well done but doesn’t mesh well together and Mister Sinister doesn’t work as villain for me.The issue doesn’t feel complete and art at times ranges from good to average.Some things don’t get explained but it’s kind of entertaining and characters should make good time later on.The ending doesn’t work for me but it should be good ongoing series.It’s weird i liked Wolverine one since i like Cyclops character more but side characters in wolverine’s series are more interesting and better written not saying Uncanny was bad it just wasn’t amazing.

I will just be doing a quick review of what thought of each mini story
Behold the watcher: The story was under developed and forced.It was kinda of boring and i was not fan of art.
Nova
It didn’t like it.Too short and nothing stood out.
Age of Apocalypse
Interesting story and got me interested in comic a bit but it felt little under developed and confusing.
Coldmoon and Dragonfire
It was dumb story.It was predictable,forced,under developed and bland.
Doctor Strange
Neat little tale that felt like Sherlock Holmes meets Doctor Strange and it had interesting story but felt short.
Scarlet Spider
It had cool story with good art and makes me want to read scarlet spider but it was tad under developed
The Avengers
It had cool story but was so short i was confused and forgot what i read because it was so short and under developed but am interested.
Overall stories range from good to bad and most are under developed.It’s fair bit pages but you never get a full story so for price you’re paying you’re getting ripped off over 6$.

Batgirl #3
Batgirl was one of best comics in new 52 but 2nd wasn’t one of my favourites in the new 52 but 3rd doesn’t disspoint.The story continue off of 2nd issue and we led to so more action between Mirror and Batgirl which according to cliff-hanger will be over next issue. The humor i love from Batgirl series is back and does good job developing characters and relationships.It did good job explaining relationship between her and Nightwing which is done well.There’s few moments in story where i didn’t like so of approaching Gail takes buti can ignore them for such solid issue.The art looks good and keeps up to the story well where i didn’t notice any mistakes accept where it looks like Barbara is missing an eye but it’s still fine.

Batwoman #3
Batwoman as probably the best art in any ongoing series but the story so far as not lived up to great art.Yes story so far as been good but not amazing and if it wasn’t for the art i properly won’t have continue reading the series.This all changes though with #3 but still the art is still jaw drooping and makes looking at action scenes amazing even if Kate Kane is whites thing i’ve ever seen.The story is great and feels complete with cliff-hanger where i want to see where series goes.It does great job of developing Kate Kane’s characters and surrounding cast.I don’t want to spoil story but relationship between Batwoman with her girlfriend and person shes training is well done and interesting.The villains who looks like Black Mask seems like they could be cool set pieces in larger story but main villain felt minor here but they were introducing him so it doesn’t bother me.Batwoman is amazing and with 3rd issue am 99% sold on series.

Demon Knights #3
I might have said before but i will say it again i’m not big medieval fan but Demon Knights is winning me over with his good story and good art.Which makes me happy to say that Demon Knights is still great series and this issue deserves great character development with great cliff hanger.Most of the characters are likeable and well written.I did not have any major problems with this issue and everything works but i still don’t get most out of this issue since am not medieval fan but it’s still enjoyable and everyone should pick this series up so it does not get canned.

Huntress #2
Sometimes the 2nd issue don’t live up to the 1st of good series and this is one of them it’s not that it’s bad or characterization is off but certain parts of issue felt flat and were little boring.The art looks nice and clean but at times the face feel off and action is not the best to follow.The issue hits the same story beats as 1st issue and not as well but cliff-hanger looks to move story along fine but i can feel where the 3rd issue is going to go and story beats it’s going to hit.The 2nd issue is still good issue with good art and story that as promise to be good and will most likely be good mini series.

Penguin: Pain and Prejudice #2
If you are like me and don’t get how person could turn into someone like Penguin this issue does one hell of job showing you how the Penguin became such sick person.The books tells two stories one that’s present and one that’s set in the past and both get half issue to work on there story.The story is told incredibly well but i don’t know where going because if it’s not going to be character study which it’s doing well it won’t be good series.The relationship between Penguin and his family is well done if a mother is lovely and caring,a dad who is a-hole and a brother who uses him as punching bag.The art is great and character look great but shadowing can be hard to make out certain scenes that take you out of the story.The cliff-hanger is creepy and interesting which i want to know where story going to go.This issue great and is what killing joke was for the joker which great for a character to get.
