MotorStorm RC will be playable on both your PS3 (via PSN) and Vita, and will support cross-play, meaning that your progress on one can be brought over to the other. The game will support 8 car classes, four "classic locations" and 16 other tracks, multiplayer and more. Better yet, if you buy it on PSN, you get it for Vita for free or vice-versa.
Expect wild MotorStorm action from a brand new RC perspective.
According to the PlayStation Blog, Unit 13 was "designed from the ground up for the new PlayStation Vita." The game will utilize both front and back touch and utilize Vita's Wi-Fi and 3G functionality, too.
"Fast action, on-the-go gameplay was a key goal for the Unit 13 team," Zipper Interactive's President Brian Soderberg told the PS Blog. "The game is designed for players to move quickly into the action, choosing from one of six Operatives with unique abilities to tackle 26 action-packed missions across nine unique locales." "Social gaming and competition" is also emphasized, with leaderboards, "Daily Challenges," and more.
