Weapon: Shadows he can manipulate into weapons

Shadow then felt the rise in darkness. Shadow looked around and then felt these shadows wrap around his arms and pull back. They tied his hands to the these boulders then tied up Ai infront of him and wrapped a shadow around her mouth so she couldn't scream. Shadow looked around. "Leave us alone" Shadow said struggling trying to get out and help Ai. Shadow then heard the crack of a whip and knew what was coming. They then ripped his shirt off and started whipping him repeatedly not stopping.

Ai tryed to get away as the scared feeling came back to her.

"why! why now!!! not again!"

She thought to herself trying to get out of this. Her eyes widend as she saw what was happening to him.

"NO STOP!"

She screamed but it was all a mumble since her mouth was coverd.

Shadow was struggling to get out but one of the whips made him drop to his knees. He looked up and saw Ai screaming through the shadow but the shadow was acting like some kind of goo that was wrapped around her mouth and kept it shut like a paste. He looked at her with sad eyes and mouthed the words "I'm sorry" Shadow then forced himself back up

 

"Oh does Shadow want more beatings? Hit the traitor" One of the Members of the shade said as he went over to Ai and picked her up over his shoulder and carried her out.

 

"You bastard let go of her!" Shadow yelled to them standing up and walking towards them but he was then stabbed with a shadow blade and it made him drop to his knees bleeding

Ai kept trying to get out her eyes filled with sadness and fear.

"let me go!!! let me go!!! just leave us alone!!!!"

She thought and started brething hevily and shaking.

"Shakdow!!!!"

She knew that it was all mumbles but she was scared. The feeling was over welming to her and she didnt know what to do.

Shadow got back up slowly and was coughing out blood. He was angry now, his eyes were yellow, his darkness radiating off his body. Shadow ripped out his restraints and yanked the sword out of his body. He then threw it making it go through one of the heartless's heads then its body disappearing. "I will find her" He said to himself.

Screamer then set Ai down and looked around. Thousands of heartless were there in what looked like a courtroom

 

"Welcome" Screamer yelled "You have been gathered here to day to find out the means of execution for this nobody" Screamer yelled out as the heartless cheered

Ai's eyes were opend wide.

"no....no...NO!!! i dont want to die.......i dont want to be here......"

She thought to herself. She looked at all of the heartless.

"i'v got to get out of here.....i have to find Shadow......"

Ai tryed to get away from the hearless.

Shadow was stumbling around the cave trying to get out. He was bleeding bad and falling after each step Shadow was outside the cave and then transported to the very tip of court room and saw everyone and thought of what he'd do. Then he noticed his blood was flying towards the ground.

Screamer looked at the courtroom who was saying things like burn her, maul her, then it gave Screamer an idea "Everyone will attack at once. Do your most powerful attack and do it at the same time. Is everyone ready?" Screamer siad as everyone prepared themselves. "3, 2, ...." He stopped when he smelt the air and smelled blood falling and saw it hit the ground. He grew this devious grin. "3, 2, 1 GO" Screamer yelled as something he didn't expect happened. Shadow threw himself in front of Ai and held onto her tightly as he took the weight of the attacks

Ai body was shaking even more then befor and her brething sped up.

"i.....dont...want to be here......"

Her eyes closed tight as she hurd him yell go.

"this is...it....im going to die...."

She then felt something grab her and she oped her eyes and looks up at him.

"Shadow!?"

Shadow let out a scream of pain as he absorbed the whole shebang of attacks. Blood oozed out of everywhere.

 

Shadow didn't move at all.

 

Shadow just laid there lifeless as the room was silent. Not even Screamer made a sound. Then through the silence there was a chuckle. Everyone looked around and saw that the sound came from Shadow who was glowing dark purple with darkness. His voice was deep and he was growing. He looked at everyone as he stood up then he clapped his hands making the other heartless disappear and made shadow drop to his knees still with blood flowing out of him. He was feeling weak but he managed to crawl over to Ai and untie her.

"SHADOW!!!!!!!!!"

She screamed.

 

Ai looked up at him.

"can...heartless...do that....?"

She thought to herslef. Once she was untied she couldent stop her self and huged him tight.

"your...going....to be ok....."

Ai didnt want to let go of him and she didnt want anything else to happen.

Shadow could only wrap one arm around her. He turned his head from her and coughed out blood keeping it from landing on her. He stood up still holding onto her. He then transported them back to the cave where Shadow laid against the wall still bleeding. "I just need some rest" Shadow said

Ai sat on her knees looking at him.

"y-y-your......going to b-be ok......right......."

She said holding her hands to her chest tight.

"i-im....still....scared..........i want to help.......but how.....?"

She thought to herself.

He shifted his head towards her and grunted "Yeah I'll be fine" Shadow then grunted and blood flowed from his lip. "Ai listen, if I don't make it through this, use that keyblade it'll protect you if you are ambushed. Don't pull it now. Only when needed." Shadow said as he grabbed her hand and kissed it "it was a pleasure to meet you" Shadow's eyes then shut and his hand dropped but he was still breathing slowly

"o-ok....i-i will....."

Ai blushed when he kissed her hand. She watched his eyes shut.

"NO please.....dont leave me here alone..... im scared......"

Tears started to fill her eyes as they fell down her cheeks. She felt them with her hand.

"what.....is this...why is water coming out....of my eyes......?"

Her hole body was trembling.

Shadow opened his eyes and gave a half smile. "I'm not leaving you. I'm just resting" He then saw her tears and slowly reached up and wiped them away "Those are tears, you're sad. Tears come out when you are really sad or happy. But also you are scared. That's why you are shaking" Shadow then grabbed her hand. "Here lay here with me. I'll hold onto you so no one can hurt you" Shadow said with his eyes getting heavy

"tears......"

She repeted to herself and then hels onto his hand tighter. She noded and crawled over to him laying next to him very close. She was still holding his hand not wanting to let go of it. She looked up at him. Her body started to calm down a little now that she was next to him.

"everything.....is...going to be...ok..."

She thought to herslef.

Shadow wrapped his arm around her and pulled her in, still holding her hand. He then pulled a shadow over them that looked like a huge rock and kept them covered. "See safe" Shadow said slowly closing eyes

She noded and layed her head agenst his chest softly.

"they...can see us now.......so...nothing bad...should happen..."

She lookd up at him seeing he was closing his eyes again.

Shadow fell asleep and unlike normal humans heartless don't have dreams nor nightmares. They just don't happen. All that happens is they sleep and wake up seeing its a different time of day. Nothing between. Shadow then woke up and moed the shadow still seeing that Ai was in his arms. He smiled and saw it was morning. "one more day"Shadow said to himself

After a few min after he woke up she opend her eyes a little and yawned.

"is...it morning....?"

She said rubing her eyes looking up at him.

Shadow looked at her and smiled. "Yeah its morning, we got one day. Right at midnight it'll open up. If we survive till then we will be in business and safe from these heartless" Shadow said hoping and praying that nothing bad would happen to them

She sat up and looked around.

"good.......i dont want you to get hurt anymore....."

She held her knees to her chest

Shadow still had his arma round her and looked at her "I'd take a thousand blades to the chest for you just so you couldn't be hurt. My life isn't as important as yours" Shadow said as he smiled down on her

She looks at him and a small blushed comes to her cheeks again.

"y-you would...?......you dont....have to...im just a nobody......"

Ai foces a small smile.

Shadow shook his head. "Ai, you're so much more than that, you are practically a new somebody. You have all these emotions that barely any nobodies have or will ever have. Also you have the keyblade. You will help bring balance to the worlds. All I am is a shadow I am good for nothing so if I die it doesn't mean anything but if I die saving you then I have purpose"Shadow said
