I am very impressed and greatly looking foward to what 343 is doing.

From the first look we can determine the following.

1. The forrunner worlds look very alien and almost "holy" at the same time.

2. As directly stated in the video we will actually see Mastercheif get some character building which will also have a more cinematic approach to it.

3. The audio effects seem to be taken from actual military weapon sound effects.

4. The soundtrack seems to be more orchestral

5. Although Chief will be on a forrunner world, the abundance of human weapons and vehicles may suggest that eventually a rescue party shows up.

6. Maps will be original and not be rehashes of campaign and maps from previous games (I'm looking at you COD)

7. Maps have an arena feel and will aim to appeal to the competetive gameplay that Halo multiplayer was originally meant to be.

8. Spartan IVs introduced most likely explaining why spartans are fighting each other in multiplayer.

9. Graphics are extremely well done and rival PC Battlefield 3 in quality.

10. The statement that olld enemies have been redesigned almost confirms that we will be fighting flood (the mortal enemies of the forunners).

I hope they improve the netcode this time. Halo CEA Co-Op was almost unplayable for me because of that. I'll give 343 the benefit of the doubt, but I still can't help but be nervous.

I'm a little sketchy to see how the series will go without Bungie. If anything, I'll be glad to see the series finally getting some much needed character development.
