help?! pre-order or not?

Okay, I'm really confused. I know there's all this extra-stuff-if-you-pre-order KH3D stuff, but does that apply to pre-ordering a PAL version? Will I get extra features like an AR card or something, or is that only for Japan? Is there any downside to pre-ordering now? Thank you :)

    Well the only downside is that no pre-order bonuses have been announced for the European release... you may as well wait and see.
