Apprentice Xehanort? (Spoilers)

Posted

Apprentice Xehanort, Terranort after he lost his memories, isn't in any part of this game besides the first scene where he recalls his memories, spawns his keyblade, and attacks Braig. Can anyone fill me in on what happened to him? And could he be one of the new Organization 13 members, maybe even be the leader? (That would be totally kickass if he was)

He should be returning as he is the original self of Ansem and Xeman both of whom were destroyed

If the translations are correct, it's Master Xehanort. Apprentice Xehanort was shown to regain his memories as Master Xehanort, and now he's changed back to his original form as well.

I think the Keyblades they hold give this away, too. AX used MX's Keyblade, but none of MX's other incarnations do. The fact that MX has the Keyblade back means he's more or less the recombined Xehanort Yen Sid spoke of.

Never mind, I get what you mean now, Bizzaro basically said almost the same thing as you did, just better grammar lol, no offense.

I'm not trying to be mean here but please don't use the footage you currently have w/the guy constantly talking throughout the video :((( It's fine if he wanted to do that but now that are various other sources out there, I hope you guys can use that instead of his >.< It's just hard to hear some stuff when he's talking.

I think you are correct sir :)

AX xehanort referred to himself as ansem implying that the opening scene took place in the past. While it is true that MX is true form of all the Norts you can't dismiss the fact that Xemnas and Ansem came from Aprentice Xehanort. Also YX siad that the most recent form of Xehanort would also be returning and which implies that AX will also return.

I think you've completely misinterpreted me and the game's dialogue.

I know that the AX scene was a flashback and never said otherwise. Xemnas and Ansem did come from AX, but it seems that the reformed AX is now back in MX's form (at least according to translations). What YMX said was that the penultimate form of Xehanort would return, and he said this before MX appeared.

In all likelihood, it's Master Xehanort. I've said this earlier and I'll say it again - Apprentice Xehanort doesn't hold as much relevance as people think and is simply the origin for Ansem SoD's motives plot-wise. We didn't see him anywhere in the game's current timeframe, and that's because he's now MX again. The Keyblade he holds should prove this, if anything.

Then where is terra

Whilst I am inclined to agree with this interpretation, it does leave two questions begging: firstly, why YMX would reincarnate Master Xehanort in his old body rather than his apprentice form when he went to all the trouble of procuring Terra's body in the first place; and, perhaps more importantly, the whereabouts and condition of Terra, which is more relevant than you seem to suggest. After all, he is more than likely going to be saved in KH3.

According to BBS, Terra is locked within or "eclipsed by" MX's heart. It's not hard to imagine that Terra would be within Master Xehanort; what I'm saying is that ultimately, appearances are irrelevant because AX and the most recent MX are one and the same as far as the body they use goes. As for MX looking old, perhaps he's a lot stronger now and merely has the appearance of his original self? I dunno.

Now that I look back on it, Re:Coded's secret ending also supports the fact that it's MX. When Yen Sid is discussing how he'll reform, an image of MX shows up after Ansem and Xemnas' images appear, no sign of AX.

Yeah, I'd say you're likely right. That would also be why Terra is supposedly going to be the hardest to find. Guess we'll end up having a few battles within Master Xehanort's equivalent of a 'Dive to the Heart' in KH3 at some point in order to free him...

Actually, Blank Points confirmed that Eraqus' heart was also inside Terra and would protect his heart from being "eclipsed" by MX's heart.

"Eraqus, you sly fox." Lol
