Ok, I'm procrastinating hardcore on my philosophy paper, so I thought I'd give my idea on this. The 13 darknesses in my mind will be:

 

AX/MX in terra's body as of right now

Young MX

Ansem SOD

Xemnas

Braig/Xigbar

Saix/Isa(Which one can we call him)

Vanitas (He fills Sora's spot once Ven is reawakened, and he will be able to retain his body in some shape or form)

Xaldin, Lexaus, Vexen, Zexion, (With their real names, since they originally were involved with AX in his research and became nobodies, etc.)

Red Eyes Guy (Unless he's Vanitas, who is he?)

Other unknown member of Xehanort clan, (you can't just know everyone)

the first one is all Ansem's apprentice was not sided with Xehanort (except Braig) and Red Eyes was the Darkness live in Sora's heart and here's what i think when there are 13 darkness:

1.Young Xehanort/MF from KH BBS

2.Master Xehanort

3.Ansem SoD

4.Xemnas

5.Terra/Xehanort

6.Eraqus (i know it's stupid but he lives in Terra's heart and i think he one of them too)

7.Braig

8.Isa

9.Vanitas

10.Demyx's Somebody

11.Luxord's Somebody

12.Larxene's Somebody

13.Marluxia's Somebody

 

if one of them is not in my list then it was Sora because Young Xehanort/YX tell that he left the 13th spot for Sora in order to make him to join.....

4. Ansem SoD

7. Braig

8. Ansem The Wise (he HAS golden eyes what is revealed to be a trademark..)

I'm not a fan of Ienzo, Even, Dilan and Aeleus since they don't have the golden eyes.. though when I see my list it would fit..

I'm sure the members that were numbered after Axel won't be coming back, it would be hard for Nomura to fit them into the story, especially with just one last game around Xehanort..

3) No Heart ( Master Xehanort in his mid age)

4) Terra-Xehanort/ Xehanort aprentice

5) Vanitas

7) Xemnas

8 ) Xigbar

9) Saix

10) Luxord

11) Marluxia

12) Riku (alternate time line or riku replica)

13) Sora (alternate time line)
