Even though i don't really understand what "scrambled" means in this context, but... i would suppose it means that those who wanted the light copied the x-blade and created the keyblade... i doesn't say that they created the keyblades using the light, but that they created the keyblades looking for it...

yea i meant looking for it haha. So that was the keyblades original purpose. But the main characters use it differently, to protect the light. That was a twist I didn't expect at all.
