but the symbols are difrent

It isn't the same place guys. The first one with Ven in is the Chamber of Awakening, located in Castle Oblivion.

The second is the Chamber of Repose (sleep) with Aqua's armour in, located in Hollow Bastion.

Xemnas only visited the Chamber of Repose, he never found the other one, and most of Axel's missions in 358/2 days were to find this room in Castle Oblivion.
