I found an summary of KH birth by sleep story,but it didn't answered all my questions and I still don't know wich is the connections between BbS and Coded.

As far as I know,now that KH is a very famous game, Disney is trying to get the credit,so for Suare it is very good to make Disney of no importance,of course that,King Mickey, Donald and Goofy will continue to be important.

Disney was just a setting for gamers to enter familiar places. the story has and always will be surrounding Sora, Riku, and Kairi no matter where they go or what new characters are brought into the mix
