I'm playing on proud mode and I'm pretty close to the end. I just finished the country of the muskateers with sora and now I'm completing Riku's side. So I have two worlds left. Anyways, I want to know how to get the secret ending. Thanks in advance :)

Get 5 Trophies (for Proud), and answer the questions at the end correctly, then after the main credits sequence, you'll go into Dive mode with credits popping up infront of you. All you do here is hit the letters that glow gold. If you hit them all, it'll spell "Secret Report Unlocked". Then, you have the secret ending in Theater mode waiting.

For Standard mode, you do all the same things, except you need 7 trophies instead of 5. (for anyone wondering)

If you want to know the correct answers to the questions at the end, then you can look them up. Then again, i'm sure someone with a much better memory will tell you soon. lol

Answer the "three youths" as if the only thing on your mind is to find Sora. Then you'll get the secret ending. >:}
