Request for Recipe Location Guide

I currently am looking for every Recipe in Kingdom Hearts 3D. I am well aware that there is an optional way of creating Dream Eaters without recipes, but I would like to have all the recipes. I am pretty sure all the Dream Eaters have recipes, so if anyone could kindly just add what recipes you know how to get to this, I'd be very happy. :]

 

I'm not sure which ones I'm missing so if anyone could just state any location for any recipe, it would be very helpful.
