Anyone know anything about Apple?

Posted

I need some help.

I want to buy pages to put on my MacBook Pro, but I can't purchase it because of the stupid security questions I have to answer. Now, my account has been locked. Is there anyway I can turn off these annoying security questions?

Can't turn them off. Now you either have to wait a certain amount of time or have to call Apple CS to unlock the account. Can't remember which one.

Great... Just great... Thanks anyway... Apple is SO dumb sometimes.... I honestly thinks they are lazy sometimes.

It's a preventative measure to prevent your Apple ID from getting compromised and it worked. That's why you shouldn't just make garbage security questions and answers. But call them up and they should be able to help you out. I had to call them this past weekend.

I'll wait until tomorrow. I am frustrated with them right now.
