Ars Arcanum I got in a chest and Dark Firaga I got from one of the AR Dream Eaters.

ars arcanum is in a chest in twtnw I think. Dark Firaga is the Kab Kannon dream eaters first unlock. There is also a dream eater that gives ars arcanum but i can't remember which one

Nope! You get to do that over the computer! That's how I got Kab Kannon, Ursa Circus, and R & R Seel~ OH and that Pink Necho Cat.

Computer worked for me. I'm pretty sure both work.

Dark Firaga can be obtained with Drop Points. It sometimes shows up as an option to obtain when you drop. Cost 50 DP. That is how you're supposed to get it if you didn't get the MoM Edition.

If you google it, It'd be a bit hard to get the right Brightness for the camera to read the card.

The world or character shouldn't matter, just random. I just dropped wherever I did the portal to get 50 DP from.

What mode were you playing on when you got 50 DP?

Critical. On any give special portal I never had below 50 DP from only doing 1 portal.

There is a guide here as to where each special portal is for each world but when you stand over the portal it'll say if it's special or not. I just look around until I find it though.
