September 17, 201213 yr What's "Risky Winds"? It's a "Weather Condition" that is set each time you drop. It's one of those three icons at each world on the world map. Examples include Increased Munny, Shop Sales, Increased HP Orbs and Risky Winds. Risky Winds increases the rank of your created Dream Eaters. So if you were to create a B Keeba Tiger under normal conditions, you'd get a B ranked Keeba Tiger. But if you used the same recipe in a world that had Risky Winds, it would be an A ranked Keeba Tiger. The recipe I gave you is for an A ranked one, so if you go to a world with Risky Winds, it will be STAR ranked.
