Felix walked down a sunny path with his Snivy nicked named "Snick". "Isn't it a wonderful day, Snick?" Felix asked his pokemon. "You know, besides the trouble with the shadow Victini and all that...." "Snivy!" Snick exclaimed. Snick ran into the forest. "Snick! Wait!" Felix called to his pokemon. Snick dashed past twigs and branches. There was a clearing with an egg in the middle of it. Felix eventually caught up. "What's this egg doing here?" He bent down and picked it up. "Better keep this safe 'til it hatches. We don't want the Victini to get this." Felix went back to the trail, with Snick walking behind him. "Let's take this to Juniper!" Felix said, starting to hurry back to the Nuvema Town.

Sierra stared at Cassidy. "I hope you know that we're both Rangers. I know you already, Cassidy." she said with a grin. "as for Victini, I haven't found it yet. I'm searching." she said, putting a hand on her chin.

"What's taking so long...." Felix was getting worried. He opened his mouth and called, "I'll go take a walk!" As he started walking down.

"Thank you, now I just need to register for the Pokemon league." Jo said.

All of a sudden an Umbreon bolted out and tackled Snick. Snick threw it off and ran back to Felix. When Snick didn't see Felix, he ran down the path, with the Umbreon following. Snick tripped on a rock and the Umbreon used Shadow Ball. Snick jumped away as a ball of pure darkness smashed the rock. Snick countered with vine whip. The Umbreon was sent back from the force of the move. The Umbreon looked at Snick, and used Shadow Ball once again. Snick jumped out of the way, and landed on it's belly, helpless.

"I know that already it was for the boy. Well can you tell me anything about it? There never gonna leave me alone unless I get my job done. You know the Ranger Union can be crazy." She sighed while looking at her FIne Styler as she suddenly smiled. "My Staraptor's on the way?! FInally they decide to let me have my bird back." Another member in her permanent team that she kept with her. "Well at least there being a little bit agreeable by sending him back to me."

Spheal then came and used Aurora Beam on the Umbreon. Then it used Water Gun.

Sierra facepalmed. im so dumb... she thought. "my Staraptor should be coming soon. They said they would send it." she said. "but I wish I could just use Latias...." she mumbled to herself.

Snick was surprised. It hurried down the path to find it's trainer. Umbreon sneered at Spheal, and used Assurance. It then followed Snick.

Spheal dodged the attack and stopped the Umbreon with a body slam attack.

"Latias? That's pretty cool. I've never seen that one before but I have seen two of the Sinnoh trios. You ever seen any of other Legendaries up close before?" SHe smiled when the familiar sound of wings became loud. Her Staraptor flew in a circle above the two. It's wings where slightly burned at the edges and it had a scar running down it's face." Hey there oldie you doing good up there?" It flew one more circle before flying down with Cassidy giving it a hug. "Good to see ya Staraptor. Now where is- AH there it is!" Grabbing the pokeball from a bag on the side she read the note inside. "GET TO WORK!" Throwing the paper she ocntinued to smile. "The Ranger Union isn't happy about sending me here are they." It nodded while looking at Sierra with curiousity.

The Umbreon quickly got up and ignored. The Umbreon just followed Snick again.

 

Snick had noticed the Umbreon. The Snivy used Vine whip and ran away. Felix stopped when he heard Snick's cries and struggles. "Snick!" Felix exclaimed. Snick leaped into his trainer's arms, making the two roll backward. By now, Umbreon had caught up. It opened it's mouth to launch another Shadow Ball, when Snick used Tackle on it. "Snick!" Felix said. "Use Leaf Tornado!" Snick obeyed and made a giant twirling cyclone of leafs and threw it at the Umbreon, whom quickly retreated into the woods.

The Spheal caught up to Snick and Felix. "Ken wait up!" Jo said as she appeared running to the group. The Spheal went into Jo's arms. "Don't ever do that again without telling me first." Jo said and the Spheal just replied with a smile and 'Sphe'.

"Who are you?" Felix asked Jo. Snick bounced up and down at Ken the Spheal. "I am looking for a shadow Pokemon, Victini. It was a nice Pokemon, but since team Yin-Yang came along, the Victini has been made an unstoppable beast."

"That sounds horrible. I am just here to compete in the Pokemon League. My name is Jo Taylor and this is my partner Spheal, Ken." Jo said with a smile. Ken went to the ground with Snick.

"That's cool. Hope you win the league." Felix said. "Plus, I've never seen that Pokemon named Spheal before. Neither has Snick. You know, my Snivy." Snick gave Ken a face of respect, closing it's eyes and crossing it's arms. "Oh. Do you know anything about that other Pokemon? That black one?" Snick opened it's eyes again and looked at Jo, and waddled up to her. Snick looked at his trainer.

"That Pokemon that just attack is an Umbreon. I grew up in Johto so I know all about Pokemon from Kanto, Johto,, Hoenn, and Sinnoh." Jo said.

"Wonder if it's wild, or it's someone's Pokemon. Probably a traveller's Pokemon since I've never seen that 'Umbreon' here before. It could quite possibly be connected to the Yin-Yang Team." Felix suggested. Snick screamed, "Snivy! Sni, Sni, Snivy!" at Felix. "Snick, you're right. We'd better go after it. The Umbreon could be looking for that Victini." Felix declared.

"I'll go too. You will need some help if you have never seen one before." Jo said.

"Thanks." Felix said. Snick looked out to the woods, then quickly at his trainer.

"Okay, led the way." Jo said with a smile.

Snick looked all around for a second, then bounded into the woods. "After him!" Felix cried.

"Following your lead." Jo said.

Felix nodded then went after his Pokemon. Not far away, an Espeon was in the bushes. It silently watched Snick and Felix run past, and crept out.

"Wow, an Espeon, they are supposed to bring good luck." Jo said as she noticed the Espeon.

The Espeon stared at Jo for a second, then turned to Ken. It's red gem began to pulse.
