Felix walked down a sunny path with his Snivy nicked named "Snick". "Isn't it a wonderful day, Snick?" Felix asked his pokemon. "You know, besides the trouble with the shadow Victini and all that...." "Snivy!" Snick exclaimed. Snick ran into the forest. "Snick! Wait!" Felix called to his pokemon. Snick dashed past twigs and branches. There was a clearing with an egg in the middle of it. Felix eventually caught up. "What's this egg doing here?" He bent down and picked it up. "Better keep this safe 'til it hatches. We don't want the Victini to get this." Felix went back to the trail, with Snick walking behind him. "Let's take this to Juniper!" Felix said, starting to hurry back to the Nuvema Town.

At the lab, the Pokemon egg started to hatch. Juniper was out researching, and there was only her Minccino there to care for the egg. Minccino collected food for the Pokemon. A knock came from the door. Mincinno opened it with it's tiny hands. There was Eliotua, Umbreon and Esepon. "We'll take that off your hands." Eliotua said, picking the egg up. Minccino started to use Tackle on Eliotua, but the Umbreon blocked the chinchilla Pokemon. Somehow, Mincino had fallen asleep. The Umbreon and Espeon waited at the door. When Eliotua was ready to leave, Minccino in it's sleep used Echoed Voice! Eliotua dropped the egg, and retreated with the two other Eevees. When they left, Minccino put the egg carefully onto a cozy blanket, and sat. A loud crashing of glass pierced the air. Smoke came from the door. A large fire ball aimed for Minccino, and threw it into the wall, unable to protect the egg.

James quickly saw what was going on at the lab. "Okay I choose you!" James said as he summoned a pokeball and threw it reveal a Patrat. "Tom! Tom, use Foresight to detect where that attack came from!" James said and the pokemon did just that. While that was going on, Jackster took the egg and placed it in James's bag.

Minccino was very weak from the attack. It was very panicked when it didn't see the egg.

Jackster went over to Mincciono and said in Pokemon language 'We are the good guys here. We are here to help you and protect the egg. I placed it in my master's bag so it would be safe.'

'But...but..but...oh..... I don't know what happened!' Minccino said.

'Relax, you just need to be safe right now and we can figure this out later'

Picking up the egg she had all she could do was hold it while she watched it. The egg was patterned in black with a red swirl toward the top. "Leafeon can you see the bike shop?""

Minccino walked out the door, sadly looking in the distance.

"Okay, so where did that fire ball come from?" James asked aloud.

Back at Acculmula Town, Snick was getting healed. Felix waited.

"Hey Felix, I think that dude that attack us was part of this case of the shadow Victini." Jo said as she went to sit down beside Felix.

"Umbreon?!" Oh this was very baf. Someone had either captured his Umbreon or his Umbreon had run away somewhere again. "Umbreon where'd you go?!" He was nothing without his Umbreon. That was till his Umbreon appeared with a unusual object.

"You think?" Felix asked.

"Not sure, but I am positive he is up to something bad. Although that Espeon of his, I somehow feel that it isn't truly evil or it wouldn't have talk or look at me like that." Jo said.

"Well, what do you think the Espeon was trying to do?" Felix was astonished. No one had ever asked him about some else before.

"I think it knows something, but even Ken doesn't even know what it might be. So, where are we going once Snick gets better?" Jo asked.

"Striaton City." Felix spoke. "The Victini may be near there, or maybe team Yin-Yang." Snick came came through a door. "Snick? Ready to go?" 'SNIVY!'

"Okay, then lets get a move on then." Jo said with a smile.

Snick waited for Felix. "Wait up, Snick." Snick slowed down a little, and then sped up and was in Accumula Town.

"That Pokemon of ours, he is a bit speedy especially when it comes to his mind." Jo said.

A wild Purrloin attacked Snick onto his back. "A purrloin! Why'd it attack Snick for?" Felix wondered.

"I don't think pokemon like Snick." Jo said thinking about how Snick already got into a few fights.

"Why? Why is everyone picking on him?" Felix wondered.
