For starting Critical Mode, should choose Yes or No for bringing over Spirits?

This will be my second run of KH3D & it's asking me if I should carry over my Spirits & trophies to Critical Mode. What will happen to my first run file? Will I have to start Proud over again? I wanna keep my Proud Mode file so I can try to 100% it.

    If you do this it's like a new game+.

    You still keep your old file (just don't save over it).

    Your new file will have alot of the stuff you had originally gotten from your first playthrough.

    So say yes. :)
