Does anyone here know of any good Xbox Live Arcade Horror Games? I'm desperate to find a good one Looking for something with some good scares hopefully.

I wouldn't call Limbo a horror game, but it certainly has a creepy atmosphere and very brutal deaths.

Silent Hill Homecoming is on the marketplace for 20$, but again, I didn't find it scary. That's just me though.

I am Alive, as Gamerazor mentioned, isn't really that scary. Puts you in very intense moments though. But I enjoyed it.

 

Some people found Alan Wake scary, but I'm not sure if that's on the Market. The standalone DLC, which is available on market, you don't need that actual game for and can be played alone, but it makes more sense if you've played the first one. [Alan Wake's American Nightmare].
