So, I don't know if you guys have heard about DBO (Dragon Ball Online) so I'll tell you a little about it. It is an MMORPG set in the Dragon Ball universe 216 years after the Buu Saga. It strictly follows the manga and Akira Toriyama has a great deal of creative control. As such, the events of non-canonical works like GT and the movies are completely ignored and for all intents and purposes never even happened. Also some character designs have been changed to match the manga for example Namekians having 4 fingers instead of 5.

After DBGT ended I was sure that this game would never make it stateside, even though the series never lost it's popularity during the time it was absent. But now, with DBZ KAI, the re-airing of GT and, most recently, the new anime movie bringing a younger generation fans into the fold I am hoping that the game will be localized. However, as the game is being published by Namco-Bandai there's still a good chance that, despite the franchise's popularity, it won't see release outside of Asian territories.

So I pose to you these 3 questions.

Do you think it will be localized

Do you want it to be

And, if it is, would you play it?
