They all have their common Abilities and their Stats have not been modified by items. None of them have any Items that are useful for battle. The only one I'd consider replacing is Unfezent.
What can I do to increase my chances of victory. What items should I give them? What stats should I increase and on who. Should I replace any moves? Should I do any leveling? This isn't the first Pokemon game I've played but it is the first where I don't have a totally over-leveled starter and don't want to load up my party with Legendaries. Can you help me out?

Could you? - Yes. It would take a lot of full restore spamming and cheap shots. Iris' most powerful is like 58 or 59 I think

Is it recommended? - No. I say train everyone up to around 56 or 57 and get a few more full restores and hyper potions and full heals. Then you're perfect for taking them down.
