I am trying to pull together a cosplay for this character named Glitch, hoping to accomplish at least the shirt this summer. I highly doubt I'd get it done, since I don't even know how to get any of the articles of clothing I need. This is what Glitch looks like:

The elbow pads and gloves will be easy, the scarf as well. The suspenders should be somewhat simple, as well as the socks, but the shoes might be a small problem. The pants is probably gonna be a problem, but the shirt is my number one priority right now. As for the hair, I'm just going to use my own short hair (as I am going to get a green streak soon.)
I tried my best to find the shirt online, and got nothing. I was wondering if anyone could help me find some way to be able to make my own shirt like this, and possibly edit black jeans to look like this?

If you are semi good at sewing and stuff, making a shirt should be pretty easy.  You could buy a pattern if you needed to, and sew specifically colored strips together for each pattern piece you need.  Or you could even buy shirts from a thrift shop, cut them up, and sew them together.   If you know someone who sews, they could make something like this for you in a couple hours max.  It depends on what you feel comfortable with doing.

As for the jeans, you could, once again, buy some from a thrift shop, and then get some white embroidery floss and hand stitch the white patterns.  That might take you a bit, once again depending on your skill level, but that looks like just about the simplest stitchwork you could hope for.  That would definitely be the easiest route for the pants, unless you want to sew your own and THEN stitch them.

Good luck!

I have absolutely no skill in anything that has to do with clothing (I tried once before). So without other outside help, I'm in a bad spot. I was thinking of the painting option, but I'm bad at that too.

what is he from

A videogame I play called Dance Central. It's a really fun game to play, and the designs of the characters are creative, original and brilliant.

So you don't have a relative or an acquaintance or anyone who sews who could help you out?

How passionate are you about doing this cosplay, on a scale of one to ten?
