Last week, the latest and newest DVD set for One Piece came out, titled "Season Four, Voyage Five", which includes ten episodes, Episodes 253-263 to be specific, which finishes off the Water 7 Arc and leads into the Enies Lobby Arc, the second to last arc in the CP9 Saga.
Now, as you all are probably finding out for the first time, I'm a fan of One Piece. I've started the series (anime only so far) a few months ago, and I'm already starting to enjoy it a lot. And the DVD release got me thinking... One Piece is a member of the Big 3, and has so much content and episodes that haven't even been released yet. The newest release has the first 263 episodes officially avaliable on DVD and with the English Dub. Meanwhile, the continued series in Japan is already nearing 600 episodes... damn.
Now, the subject of the English Dub and the content that hasn't been released yet got me to thinking: there are a lot of characters that we haven't met yet in the anime yet we know because of the Japanese version and the manga that don't have English VAs yet. Being a voice acting enthusiast, it intrigues me to what people would suit the roles of some of these characters. I happen to have my own "fantasy list" of people I think would be suited to play the currently unvoiced (English-wise) of the One Piece Verse.
Crispin Freeman As Trafanglar Law - Crispin Freeman is a very renown voice actor, known best for playing Itachi Uchiha in Naruto and Alucard in both Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate. He's known to play very serious characters who are as firm as possible at all times. Law is known to be like this and having Freeman play him would really bring out his personality to the best extent. Freeman's also very good at being intimidating and sometimes hilarious when he's told to raise his voice and show anger or excitement, something that we don't see Law do very often. However, we do see him in more frustrated and/or "peeved" moments, something I personally haven't seen Freeman do for his characters. Even so, it'll be interesting to see how he would handle it.
Vic Mignogna As Brook - Mignogna has worked with One Piece before, albiet, singing for three of the show's opening themes. He's well known as being the voice of Broly from DragonBall Z, Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. He's also voiced in Naruto: Shippuden, cast as Nagato and a young Obito Uchiha, as well as Soul Eater, voicing Spirit, as also as well as Tamaki Suoh from Ouran High School Host Club. He has a pretty sweet resume, as it is, and he STILL has other roles that I haven't even mentioned. So, he's got the talent as a voice actor, he can sing (not only with One Piece openings, but with Fullmetal and Dragon Ball Z Kai openings), and he's admitted that he is very interested in voicing Brook. Don't believe me, go here:
Chris Ayres As Caesar Clown - Chris Ayres is known best right now as the new voice actor for Frieza in DragonBall Z Kai (fantastic series, btw). And did you know? The Japanese voice actor for Frieza, Ryusei Nakao, is voicing Caesar Clown in the Japanese version of One Piece... coincedence? Hell yes. Chris Ayres is a perfect contender to be CC. Both CC and Frieza have similar personality traits: they're both villians, they're both sadistic and scary, and they love to toy with their minions as well as their enemies. It's a perfect transition. If anyone else is going to voice CC, I will honestly be very suprised.

So there's my 15 cents. How about yours?
