I'm on Day seventy -something, and I cannot get past the HUGE chasm in the third room of the Cave of Wonders in Agrabah. Help?

first put the stone xion finds in the hole next to the door in the first room,then go into the second room and try and find the first block examine it and then HIT it,after that go into the third room and jump down into the big dark pit and you should fall into room 1 and hit block 2, then go back to room 3 and hit the final block to your right and some stairs shold appear to go over the pit and through the door

I think it was day 79 on the first mission
