It has just been announced that Marvel and Disney will film their Netflix series on location in New York City, there will be four series in development, here is a roll call:
- Daredevil (which will be the first)
- Luke Cage
- Iron Fist
- Jessica Jones
- The Defenders (Mini-Series)
These shows will be set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which was made immensly popular by The Avengers movie that made over a whopping billion dollars at the box office.
There will be 60 one-hour episodes made for the shows (13 for each)
