It was a normal day at Kyobun Academy... Hell for Manta Chiyamada... The hot day beating down his neck... He was never one for hot things... And the bullies were something else... This was day in day out bullying... He wished he could get stronger... Somehow, someway... For his life to change...

Raziel followed Manta down stairs, handing him the bag of weapons.

"We are going into the woods, there is a place I like to train." She said with a smile.

"Ok..." He looked at the bag, then Raz. Getting the hint, he took up the bag, and started to move. He felt chrushed under the weight of the cold steel, and whatever contraptions were inside.

The two arrived in a large open field, Raziel looking at Manta.

"Place your bag down and grab a weapon or two." She said seriously.

Raziel changed into her demon form, her tail flicking behind her.

"Hurry it up." She snapped.

He reached inside, and happened to grab a knife, small and lightweight...

Raziel laughed some.

"You will need something more than that, Manta." She said.

Her voice was darker, more treating.

Manta noticed the tone, and started shaking. He knew it was a fake-out technique...and it worked damn well... He couldn't even move...

"Something like a gun, maybe?" Raziel asked.

"Hurry it up. If you don't you will be set to flames." She snapped.

His hand slowly reached for a gun. "But... I won't use it...on you..." He didn't want to attract any hunters with the sound, along with not wanting to kill her... It was heavy as he took the gun and knife in hand.

"If you have to use it, then use it." Raziel said with a smirk.

She started shooting flames towards Manta. He would have to be fast.

Manta dodged-er- ran away from the blasts. He looked at the gun. He maybe could...

 

Turning around, he fired some waning shots at her..

Raziel smirked. She charged towards Manta, a fury of flames behind her. She lunged a fiery punch at Manta. If it did hit the boy, it would hurt for sure.

Manta was no match for the punch, as he flew off balance in his run, knocking his head on the side of the tree.

Raziel changed out of her demon form as soon as she realized she hurt Manta pretty bad. She ran over to his side.

"Manta! Are you okay? I'm sorry..." She yelled.

Manta was bleeding from the side of his head "S-sorry ..." Was all he could say, before hitting blackness...passing out.

"M-Manta!" Raziel called.

It was too late however...Manta had passed out. Raziel changed into her demon form, easily picking Manta up and lugging the boy onto her back. She picked up her bag of weapons, starting to walk out of the field, out of the woods, and back to his house. As soon as she arrived, she brought him upstairs, laying him on his bed and placing her bag of weapons down. She grabbed a rag from the bathroom, wetting it off with water and climbing into the bed with Manta. She started cleaning his wound.

Mantas body winced at the coldness of the rag as it came in contact with the wound, jolting him awake. "Where am I?" He said.

Raziel flinched as soon as Manta bolt away.

"Y–You're at your home..." She muttered.

"Just try to calm down Manta, you're hurt...." Raziel said seriously.

"Raz..." He said, blacking out again. His breath was slowing down, and his eyes seemed dazed

"M-Manta!" Raziel called. She made sure she was out of her demon form, check.

What could she possibly do?

"I'm sorry Manta..." She muttered, shaking her head.

Manta made no reply... Maybe he was... It would be unfortunate for him... But maybe there was a deal that could be made if he was...

Raziel stared at Manta hopelessly.

"Just...please be okay..." She muttered.

Even though she was hesitant, Raziel lightly kissed Manta's forehead.

A small moan could be heard from the boy... But he could be comatose... A doctor was in order... Oh but what a predicament... How would she explain it to the doctors? The cops?

Raziel had no idea what to do. She wasn't going to contact any medical workers. He would be fine, and Raziel knew that. 

"It's not that bad Manta, hang in there." she said seriously. 

Manta woke up hours later, looking around, feeling his forehead. "R...Raz?" He said.

Raziel's head snapped up, she was actually half-asleep.

"Are you okay?" she immediately asked.
