About to begin my Critcal Run, spirit help

I'm about to begin my Critical run and i want it to be "clean" without taking anything from my last save so i would like to get some tips about the spirits..For my Hard run i just took random spirit that looked nice and gave my nice spells but i guess that doing that on Critical wouldn't be good enough. So which spirits should i use for each area/which spirits should i get as soon as possible? For now i'm just trying to get Once More, Second Chance and Leaf Bracers since they are a must. 
 
I'm asking this question because i really HATE the spirit system and it makes things too complicated atleast for me ._. So i would like to know which ones i should use instead of trying to think by myself :/
