I loved the anime so this game was a must buy. Once I started playing it I found that it didn't start at the beginning of Aincrad but on the 76th floor. And then theres the Hollow Area which follows a story with Laughing Coffins PoH and a new char named Philla. The Aincrad story line starts with the final battle with Heathcliff on the 75th floor boss room.but some thing different happens this time. Instead of winning and being logged out a glitch occurs and Heathcliff is presumed dead as he is nowhere to be found. And they cannot go below the 76th floor due to the glitch. The animations in battle looked a bit stiff but it was something I got used to and don't even notice it now.and while walking through the Town on the 76th floor Arc Sophia if there is a bunch of other players the framerate goes down a lot. You can also partner up with any one in Aincard.at least those on the 76th floor and above. which also includes the main girls from the anime and yes even Sachi though Sachi can only be found in the hollow area. I laughed at the idea of the game being a half dating sim and sadly it isn't as fun as persona dating sim is or Fire Elebelm Awakenings its actually kind of boring to rank up the relation ships with the girls (and yes even the guys though I don't go that way) all the floors in Aincrad felt simalir and looked alike. the hollow area is a different story though.here we have forests(most of Aincard is forests.) but things get more interesting once you get to the 2nd hollow area. there you have a floating Ruins,and the 3rd area is a Beach, the 4th Is like a data world,and the 5th is a creepy eerie Alien-bug infested like forest. There is a multiplayer function but its adhoc only which sucks cuse if it was online play it would of had more of a mmo feel. The final boss of Aincrad was pretty amazing.there was mutiapual fights. theres actually about 4 bosses you gotta fight before you get the final boss Heathcliff.I wont say how he survived but it was pretty nice to be able to fight him. as for the hollow area.ive yet to kill the 5th area boss. which im leveling to do so everyday. with that id say this game earns a
