Its been 3 years since the dollars big meeting and the happenings in ikebukuro have died down recently. Izaya disappeared, The dollars have disbanded and everything else was normal. But there is just one thing that will get the place lively again:
Some old faces have surfaced : The Martillo family. The mafia that's been underground for a while has finally reappeared. Most of the embers decided it was time to die. The only one that was left in the end was Firo Prochainezo. After everyone decided they ad enough it was up to him to keep things together. So now the family is recruiting some fresh faces. The Martillo family has bought a bar in Ikebukuro and are currently considered bad news. Aside from Firo who is considered highly unknown Shizuo Heiwayima is also working at the place as a bartender. Unknown to most of the others is that gang activity has been on the rise recently and the black circles have started a take over. The Martillos have come to put an end to that.

He isn't afraid to confront people, nor is he worried about the impression he leaves since he's simply being himself. He's a representative of the Martillo Family, and coming from the city and age of mafias and power struggles, it's a fact that he flashes as readily as a police badge. If anyone knows anything of the Camorras, then they know well not to give the boy trouble, or they'll find out just how much trouble they've gotten themselves into.
