Ok so I was wondering if I have a ps tv and a vita can I use the remote play to play the vita game on my tv? I have sword art online hollow fragment and really want to play it on my tv so I was wondering if I can use the system as a remote and play the game through the Ps tv and onto my tv

you can put the game card in the PS TV along with the memory card so you can play it on your TV all you need is either a PS3 or PS4 controller.  I'm not sure if it works that way either, also you should make sure that Sward Art is one of those games that work with the PS TV because some Vita games don't

It shouldn't be able to stream from the Vita, no. It can remote play from the PS4, but that's because the PS4 is doing all of the heavy lifting and generating; a Vita doesn't have the same kind of horsepower.

 

Edit: According to Wikipedia, Hollow Fragment is compatible with the PS TV, so you can just pop the game card in (or download it, whichever).
