Kingdom Hearts 2.9 ?

This is something that is new to me apparently Square Einx has created a new KH game called KH2.9 they have apparently worked 10months into it and its the after game to KH3 is this true or rumored because apparently it was a rumor im not sure of this could some one help i need to know if its a real thing or rumored
