You may have to contact Customer Support or something. But it will probably be in Japanese so that might not help (depending on whether you know the language or not)

if you go to menu and press その他 (the last option) and then press お問い合わせ (middle of the left column) and then hit the red button it'll open up the support page in an in-game browser - i hope that helps! i want to play with you again soon ;w;
