What does this means? Couldn't login at all.... T.T

Sounds like it timed out while it was trying to login or something.  It might just be your internet connection?

Similar things are happening in Chi - one of my partymates got a similar error code. People have been reporting it in the official forums since 1AM JST. I doubt it's Terence Ong's issue but a server issue or something of the like.

the game's in maintenance right now - i know i get that message sometimes when it's down for maintenance. past that though i'm not sure?

I think the maintenance is just over. It was doenloading the new content but then failed because of this connection again.

Just as a wrap-up to this topic, Chi players have been reimbursed with a variety of goodies for the 10/11 issues. Unchained Chi players may also have been reimbursed but I personally do not know.
