How many turns does paralysis last?

Is it like poison where it lasts at least 2 turns or is it like sleep and you can knock a heartless out of it?

    Ive noticed it actually lasts a certain number of procs.  Once it's paralyzed, it will stay paralyzed until 2 of its attacks are intercepted.  OR a # of turns pass, because I have noticed it fall off naturally before.
