For the few Digimon fans here, you may have heard already but a new multi-media project is in the works. The new project, called Digimon Universe App Monster (Digimon Universe Applimonster) and will include toys, games and an anime set to air later this year. With Digimon Adventure tri still airing and Digimon Linkz, Digimon World Next Order and Digimon Soul Chaser possibly getting localization, it's a good time to be a Digimon fan.

 

What are you opinions Hopes and fears for this new phase of the Digimon franchise?

I'm excited. It makes sense; Fusion's basically wrapped up, so it's time for another series (since Tri. is a series of movies, and likely targeted at a slightly different audience).

 

Still hoping for a Next Order localization, though, not sure what the status is of that.
