  1. ((Lol at the thoughts in italics )) Splendid shook his head, swinging his and Flippy's arm back and forth gently. He adored the way he twirled his green hair around his fingers and he couldn't wait tocuddle with him while watching a movie. The thought made him want to hug and hold Flippy close to his body right now until he could feel his heartbeat in rhythm with his own. "Movie sounds fine actually. What do you want to see?" Splendid asked carefully letting his mind wander slightly as he thought how hot it'd be to have Flippy get aroused while watching a certain movie--No no! None of that! Splendid shook his head and the thoughts away, flipping his blue bangs out of his vision.
  2. ((The hell were Lifty and Shifty doing in the dumpsters ?)) Splendid held Flippy's hand back, intertwining their fingers. He dint mind that it was sunset and that they were the only two around--he just would rather be chilling at Flippy's house. No one would be home and it'd be better than his own home where his mom would be watching them like a hawk, killing all chances of giving kisses. Yes it'd be better to hang at Flippy's and do whatever they wanted. "We should go back to your house," Splendid said softly, smile still evident on his face as he pulled the green haired teen lazilly in the general direction. And it wad then, while he began to think about snuggling up go Flippy while watching a movie, sharing a blanket and a bowl of popcorn, that it struck Flippy the things that should be happening. Just them. In a house. Alone. Until Flippy's mom came back about a week later. He blushed darkly. "What--uh--what do you want to do to at your house?" Splendid asked with a small gulp.
  3. ((I wonder if Lifty and Shifty would count as wealthy )) Splendid smiled at the calm tone in Flippy's voice even when he knew the surroundings the teen was most likely in would put any other kid in a pit of a panic mode. Being in a neighborhood, even a rich one, at night or with night approaching was scary. And that was mostly because of the neighborhood. One; it was mostly empty. Two; even if someone was getting killed or kidnapped or whatever--unless it concerned them--people kept to their own business. In a few minutes he turned the block to see Flippy and he was jogged the last bit of distance to the green hair teen, pulling him into a warm hug. He was oddly affectionate, even if Splendid had seen him just a few hours ago at school. He couldn't help it as he buried his nose in the crook of Flippy's neck. He missed him. "Hello again," He sighed, looking down at Flippy with happy blue eyes.
  4. Splendid could sense the slight urgency in Flippy's voice and nodded, beginning a heavy jog towards Flippy's direction. It was getting fairly dark out. He himself didn't have much of an issue with the dark. He had adapted to it's silence and lack of allowed vision after playing many practices in such condition. Not saying he was in love with the night but he could handle it. "I'll be right there." After a moment of hesitation and jogging which was quickly turning into a run he continued. "Do you want me to stay on with you while you wait...or will you be okay?"
  5. Splendid sat up, much more awake than before and grinned ear to ear, already getting up with his coat slung onto his forearm. "Course I wanna chill with you. Where are you? I'll mee t you there." Splendid stated happily, walking out the door with a wave to his mom in the kitchen. She knew him well enough to know he wasn't going to gallopvante off to a party of the sorts or do drugs. She knew the only one who could get her son up and out of a nap like that (other than herself) was Flippy.
  6. "If I could write you a song, and make you fall in love, I would already have you up under my arm. I used to pull all my tricks, I hope that you like this. but you probably won't, you think you're cooler than me." Splendid's navy blue eyes slipped open as his ringtone for Flippy sounded throughout his living room, the voice of Mike Posner echoing throughout the room. Lazily stretching his hand over, the bluenette carefully flipped open the phone and rubbed his eyes, stretching slightly from his nap. His back cracked just barely making him flinch but he's dealt with worse before. "Hello?" He asked with a smile on his face. He couldn't wait to hear Flippy's voice spud through the speaker on the other end of his phone.
  7. Flaky waved him off, watching his figure retreat into the distance as he scaled the street fairly quickly. A shy smile made her way onto her face and she sighed happily. Finally something good happened in her life. Finally. ~ Splendid was indeed available. He was splayed out on his large mocha sofa, his blue bangs spread hotly over his forehead while his eyes remained contently closed. It was 6:30 but he was still awaiting Flippy, despite his sleeping appearance. He was actually wide awake so that he could leap out the door the second Flippy rang the doorbell of his house. Whenever he showed up. The bluenette still sported his basketball shorts and black muscle shirt, having felt to lazy to change into something other than being comfortable.
  8. Floccinaucinihilipilification: Means meaningless Ex: This word is floccinaucinihilipilification (meaningless).
  9. Flaky rose with him, rushing to open the door to let him out. She hated that he had to go so soon and leave her alone in the house again until her mom came home tomorrow on Wednesday but she couldn't stop him from leaving. She couldn't stop anybody from leaving. That thought struck slight sadness in her but she ignored it, amber eyes flickering up to look at Flippy's emerald orbs. "O-Okay. Will you be able to make it home okay? It...It is a bit late."
  10. ((But it was cute )) Flaky looked up, her amber eyes wide with disbelief. She hadn't really thought Flippy would ask to hang out with her again. She wasn't that interesting, really. Especially when holding a conversation. Most of the time she had no clue what to even talk about with people like Flippy. Trying to retrieve her ability to speak over her surprise and happiness, Flaky nodded her head. Her red hair followed the motion in a thick mess which was somehow managed with those white clips she held in her hair. "I-I'd like that. A lot. It-It'd be nice to actually socialize with someone for once...." Flaky stated sadly, shuffling her feet.
  11. "I-I know...I just haven't had people over in such a long time. I didn't know what to really do." Flaky's embarrassment about her lack of experience in having friends over was clear. Even when Giggles and Petunia had come over her house in her younger years, when they were innocent and knew nothing of popularity, she had a problem understanding what she should do to prep for company. Usually her mom would order them sandwiches or pizza and organize the days events for Flaky and whatever friend she had over. But this was rehearsal for a project of the sorts--not a trip to the park or anything simplistic like that. There wasn't much she could do. Setting the plate of the sweet chocolate chip treats down on the coffee table in front of them, Flaky sipped her water and popped on of the cookies in her mouth--smiling at the sweetness of them. She had succeeded in making them soft but slightly crunchy and not to chewy. Her mom made them practically melt in your mouth though. "I hope you like them. It an o-old recipe."
  12. Flaky gave a nod of understanding, walking into the kitchen to grab some water from her fridge and add some ice to keep it cool. It was fine if the teen didn't want any--it was a drink. While in the kitchen though she grabbed the plate of cookies she had made earlier and brought them out, grinning softly. "I didn't know if you were hungry or not so I made some for us to snack on."
  13. Flaky nodded, giving a small sigh as she got up swiftly and maneuvered past Flippy. With her mind set to go to the kitchen she turned back to the green haired teen, hands clasped behind her back tightly. She had a tendency to swing them back and forth and do her ballet movements when in her home. Best not give them to much freedom. "Do you want anything to drink?" She asked smoothly, her usual polite self ringing through as always.
  14. ((That's quite the colorful language you have their Axel )) Namine gave the gentlest of smiles to the apprehensive blond, her baby blues scanning his appearance. His hair was drooping slightly, the extra-hold hair gel finally loosing it's luster. She could see the lines of worry that had creased onto his face--she hoped they weren't permanent. Denys wasn't meant to be worried, especially not about her. She was a nobody after all (no pun intended). His aqua eyes, though not as bright, still withheld that glimmer she liked so much even after meeting him a grand total of two times. Overall, he looked like he had been stressing but it was nothing a good nights sleep couldn't fix. Clearing her throat, Namine was pleased to find her voice not as rough. "I'm alright I guess. A-A little sore but it....it would be a lot worse had you not helped me. So thank you Demyx." The blond admitted shyly, her tone gentle and soft like a mother's whisper caressing an infants ears. She couldn't express how grateful she was. The only regret she had was her stepfather's reaction to what had happened. He might just pull an experiment on her. She glanced back down at the needle, feeling her insides mash up and churn. "D-Do they have to keep that thing in?" Roxas struggled to keep his temper under control. He was very well known for having a short one, especially when someone in his family and those close to him were being threatened by the likes of Axel. Truth is though, underneath the blond's increasing anger and frustration, he was afraid of what exactly the red-head would do to his little, twin brother. He didn't want to see him hurt in any way. "Like hell you can. I'm not firetrucking around Axel. Leave Sora alone. Or I'll hit you with something much harder than the destruction of your car." Roxas snarled, his sky blue eyes darkening quite magnificently to a deep sapphire shade.
  15. Flaky struggled not to laugh because she to had caught the meaning of Romeo's words yet Juliet's line completely cut him off. Apparently she wasn't done speaking yet. The red-head couldn't help but think that in a conversation, Juliet would be one of the only voices heard. '"Tis but thy name that is my enemy; Thou art thyself, though not a Montague. What's Montague? it is nor hand, nor foot, Nor arm, nor face, nor any other part Belonging to a man. O, be some other name! What's in a name? that which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet; So Romeo would, were he not Romeo call'd, Retain that dear perfection which he owes Without that title. Romeo, doff thy name, A-And for that name which is no part of thee Take all myself." Flaky fumbled slightly over one of the words, making her frown a bit. She had been doing so well to.
  16. Flaky gave him a sympathetic smile, to show him he really hadn't done his lines half-bad. Smiling she continue to read off the script. She was a bit surprised at how much easier this was when it was just the two of them sitting next to each other. Maybe it was the fact that she had no one to inpress or seriously look up to. She had no one to be afraid of because one slip-up may cause an onslaught of ridicule. "O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name; Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, And I'll no longer be a Capulet."
  17. Nodding, Flaky looked over at the Act he was motioning to and quickly found her lines. Oh God wall of text...this was one of the longest lines she had, and probably one of the most infamous by Juliet. Aside from the tragic ending anyway. She cleared her throat, reading as fluently as she could from the script. "But, soft! what light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon, Who is already sick and pale with grief, That thou her maid art far more fair than she: Be not her maid, since she is envious; Her vestal livery is but sick and green And none but fools do wear it; cast it off. It is my lady, O, it is my love! O, that she knew she were! She speaks yet she says nothing: what of that? Her eye discourses; I will answer it. I am too bold, 'tis not to me she speaks: Two of the fairest stars in all the heaven, Having some business, do entreat her eyes To twinkle in their spheres till they return. What if her eyes were there, they in her head? The brightness of her cheek would shame those stars, As daylight doth a lamp; her eyes in heaven Would through the airy region stream so bright That birds would sing and think it were not night. See, how she leans her cheek upon her hand! O, that I were a glove upon that hand, That I might touch that cheek!"
  18. Flaky nodded shyly, looking at Flippy from her side view while he sat next to her carefully. She gave a small laugh. It was a bit amusing how he could be so rough around the edges when it came to most thing but now he was oddly refined. Biting her lip she looked up the green haired teen, offering the softest of smiles to him, trying to poke fun at him to get him to loosen up like he had attempted to do for her in their Drama Class the other day. "You...you can loosen up a bit y'know. I don't bite." The thought of Flaky putting any kind if pain on anything was laughable.
  19. Flaky blushed softly, giving a small, barely noticeable smile. It was true--she often cleaned just fir fun and when she cleaned she was serious about it. She always did the dished and put them away, vacummed every day, and even reorganized the magazines when she was ultra bored. What could she say? The red head was bored sometimes and she only had so much to do. "Th-Thanks?" She said quietly, moving carefully next to him (or as close next to him as she could manage. "I...I just have a lot of rime on my hands I guess." Flaky shook her head, moving to go sit at the couch in the living room where she had snacks and her script ready.
  20. ((Oh yes, whatever they want )) Flaky jumped but took a deep breath, calming herself as best as she could before standing up and opening the door to her house. She was so happy to see Flippy there, smiling slightly and waiting all politely and patiently. How nice. At least he wasn't rude or brash about anything. "H-Hey, come on in." She welcomed, lowering her head as she opened the door wider and stepped aside to let Flippy in. Everything was spotless right? Nothing out of place? Good, good...Flaky mentally sighed. God she sounded like Petunia.
  21. Finally she was finished, all the grace and precision gone from her now klutzy and paranoid personality. That was how it was supposed to be. She went into the kitchen cupboard and pulled out some cookies--tossing them on a plate to snack on later--and sat on the maroon sofa twiddling her thumbs. She was really nervous about having someone over and a boy nonetheless. Especially when it was Flippy of all people. It was any girl's dream but really, it was currently Flaky's biggest regret. What if my house is ugly? What if he isn't comfortable? What if the cookies went bad? What if it smells?! Oh the worries and fears that chose now to affect te red-head.
  22. ((And that's also when he and Splendid can be as load as they want doing...other things.)) Flaky stumbled slightly as she began her butterfly steps as her phone's text ringtones went off. Pausing her music to look at it she flushed realizing it was Flippy. Was she ready? She glanced around. All of her stuff was out and she had to undress from her ballet flats, leg warmers, suit...And yet she still typed back. Yep, I'm all set to go. Come whenever. It was then after sending that message she promptly threw the phone out of her fingers, furiously undoing her flats and tossing them with as much care as she could manage into the showbox which was stuffed into the closet. She stripped down and back into her school wear, throwing her gear into the depths of her drawers before jumping to the bathroom, yanking her hair out of it's skillful bun. The red tresses scattered back into her face like usual and she hastily applied the clips, forgetting about the soft touches of make-up she had been wearing in her hurry. "Oh God, Oh God I'm so stupid. Would if he had just shown up? I'd be in so much trouble." She mumbled incoherently to herself, her eyes glancing worriedly out the window and at the clock.
  23. ((After The Bus-Ride~)) Flaky sighed as she stretched downward, her fingertips brushing against the tips of her toes as she straightened her leg, inhaling deeply and relaxing the muscles. For once she was serene as she bent her arms back smmothly. As the music swelled she gave a graceful twirl, balancing delicately on the tips of her toes as she balanced back and forth between her heel as her arms held in front of her waist as if she was lowly cradling a baby. Flaky was well aware Flippy would be coming over today but she figured she had time to get a bit of practice in while she lingered in her spacious room. Her red hair was pulled up in a tight bun, not nearly as elegant as the ones seen in those magical ballet recitals, but still tight and perfect. For once her hair wasn't messy and out there--her face was clear. There wasn't even a need for the clips. The lyrics soothed the growing piano music from her iHome as she bowed and then spung into a tightly done pirouette and down to a bow, her fingers and arms making dramatic yet subtle movements that added on the to intricate routine. This is what she loved the most, Flaky decided--a true smile on her lips.
  24. ((Sorry I didn't answer if you called. I was getting some delicious water ice )) Splendid shrugged, kissing the top of Flippy's head with a sound of content, tilting his head slightly. He didn't mind if he came not exactly as he said he would. People make mistakes and this play is a grade and a performance. He probably wants to be amazing, or somewhat decent, as to not embarrass himself. "Come at whatever time you can, it's really not a big deal as long as you show up." Splendid stated, moving a few lockers down, kicking it open and grabbing his books. He had, what, Math? Or was it History? He couldn't remember for the life of him so hegrabbe whichever sounded right and came back to Flippy, pulling him away back towards their classes. "And once you get to my house we can go to yours or stay at mine--whichever you're in the mood for."
  25. Splendid nodded his head even if Flippy should have known it'd be an automatic agreement for him to follow the younger junior wherever he asked. There was no words for him to really speak. If Flippy asked him to do something then he would do it no matter what it was. Whether it be he was asked to follow him across the world or help him pull a silly prank, Splendid knew he'd always be there for Flippy. A the halls crowded, he held Flippy's hand tightly, keeping close to him as they came to his locker. His was only a few away so he knew he wouldn't miss the bell or anything for 7th period. "So what time do you want to come over at?" The bluenette asked, leaning against the locker banks that were currently unoccupied.
