The outcome is largely expected to be pro-independence. However, 60% of registered voters must participate in order for the result to be valid. Discuss?

Terra's final boss is actually pretty easy, IMO, if you know what to do against him- namely, block and counter his attacks when you can, and avoid the ones you can't. I have not finished Aqua or Ven's stories yet.

Probably just his own style. However, it does lead to a bit of unintentional foreshadowing when Vanitas possesses Ven at the end of Aqua's story: Possessed!Ven holds his Keyblade out in front, unlike normally, so it shows that something is not right.
