How do you beat Julius as Sora and as riku how do you get the crown

I'll try again but I'm haveing trouble not getting the little scene where sora meets him

I went there but there was no trigger scene for Julius

Ok so I have beaten the game on easy mode and I want to fight Julius but I can't find him and I tried finding my answer on google but no luck it doesn't say how can find him please help me
