lol. i had the same loud problem but with smash bros.

i agree that it still manages to be fun. if nintendo is sticking to that formula, then there new job is finding ways to make that formula feel fresh. i think they have been doing pretty good! it might not be enough for some people, but i think mario games manage to feel fresh somehow. and co op is freaking awesome! me, my sister, and our friends were seriously competative with the crown you get in 3d world for getting the highest score.

yeah. i agree. i just understand where people are comming from when they say mario games arent new anymore. i still think the games are fun tho. plus, mario is like 35 years old. there is only so much new that 1 series can take. (you know, aside from kirby who always seems to get games with entirely new formulas for better or worse.) but in terms of staying true to platforming, i understand the idea of running out of new things. but its still happening. i still like the games tho.

well, if im being completly ohnest, there isnt really anything new in 3d land. the game is still fun, but it really does define the phrase "if it isnt broke, dont fix it" i still think its a good time, but if your looking for new, you aent going to get it with 3d land. still fun, but not new.

i didnt even pick it up. im borrowing it from a friend. he said he was very disapointed with the game so approach with caution. if you want a good idea on how its played then miyamoto said its a 3d mario game that plays like a 2d mario game. that sounded good to me so i tried it. im liking it so far but it seems pretty short of your not going for 100%

yeah. same. starfox stages are awesome. i wish i could get 643D on club nintendo, but i cant because i lack the coins. plus digital is meh. but they did stop making physical and teh physical copies are now going for a lot more money so i might not have a choice.

lol. i think the reason i thought that was because mario was so famous. i knew about starfox but only because of smash bros brawl and i never played a starfox game ever (to this day. i really want to) so i would like to give my 8 year old self more credit. i hope i could.

lol. the mario 64 we saw was the ds port so i didnt see that it was for the n64. (but the name should have given it away) and yeah. 64 mario games now sounds legit.

like 7 years ago i was at a game store with my sister and we saw mario 64. my sister was confused about the "64" at the end so i said "there are a lot of mario games. this one is the 64th" lmao

how many 40 - 60 dollar games do you think is reasonable for a middle class teenager to get a year.

@jilly yeah. i called some stores and they said that they would get more shipments of MH4U. @Shulk yeah. digital sales are awesome! i actually do understand th appeal of digital games. the whole idea of having 1 machine (console) with a whole bunch or games right on there. sounds pretty cool. but id just rather have physical.

@wakingdawn those are the only times i make acceptions. but any game thats avaliale physically, i prefer to get physically. (aside from steam games for some reason ) @blankshell yeah. picky and old fashioned or not, i just feel more comfortable with physical. i can still do digital, but id much rather physical. and yeah. nintendo digital is pretty risky. i heard someone lost like 100 hour of animal crossing by losing their 3ds. o_O

more power to you. it fixes the problem of finding rare games for a good price. -_- the only exceptions i make are steam games and demos.

yeah. i really want MH4U but by the time im able to get that, it looks like it will e sold out and digital will e my only option.
