This glitch is happening to me aswell. I'm level 45 and I'm logged out in Ansem's study if that helps. When I restart my PS3 and load my game it has like a 35% chance to load, otherwise it will just stay at the black loading screen with the spinning Kingdom Hearts in the bottom left. I thought maybe this had to do something with my PS3 having too much data on it, so I deleted a bunch of old stuff to no avail. It's a very strange glitch. When I do manage to get it to work, I always cringe at the next possible loading scenario because there's a chance it will put me back to the main menu with KH2FM/BbS/CoM. For example, I logged into Ansem's study, walked to Merlin's house and did the whole Winnie the Pooh story, and then when I went into the gummi ship I found myself at that screen. It's painful... HALP
