From now until August 14th at 11:59 PM (PT), face off with the Submarine Carp Raid Bosses with your party to earn Event Board coins and unlock exclusive avatar parts in the international version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ! There are two Event Boards up for grabs, the Vacation Resort (Male) and Sea-Side Stunner (female). Alongside the avatar parts, both Event Boards include Chip & Dale Medals, Cid Medals, Moogle Medals, as well as Huey, Dewey, and Louie Medals. There is also a bonus board with even more medals! From 1:00-2:00 PM (PT), 5:00-6:00 PM (PT), and 8:00-9:00 PM (PT), the appearance rate of Raid Bosses will double, Lux received from Raid Bosses will double, and AP costs are reduced by half! There will also be special weekly ranking prizes for individual and party rankings from now until August 14th. The weekly party ranking prizes include straw hats that match avatar parts from the Vacation Resort & Sea-Side Stunner boards, Moogle medals, and Cid medals up until the 10,000th place. Those ranking from 10,001 to 50,000 will receive a 5 star Moogle medal. Prizes for ranks within Unions vary, but most include 6 star Cid, Chip & Dale Medals along with Avatar Coins. The amount of medals and coins depends on the ranking, so please check out the attached album or the bulletin boards on KHUX for details. The top 5 players will also receive the title "#1 Top 5". Those who are ranked from 6 to 100 will also receive a title, "#1 Top 100". There's definitely a lot going on in KHUX this week! Tetsuya Nomura, director of the Kingdom Hearts series, has announced via the official Kingdom Hearts Japanese Twitter account that it is the plan for Ryōtarō Okiayu, the voice actor of Terra, and Iku Nakahara, the voice actress of Namine, to both be present and participate at each showing of Kingdom Hearts Concert -First Breath- in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. The official international Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ Twitter account has announced that at 12:00 AM (PT) on August 5th, 2016, a new Epic Medal pull and a new High Score Challenge will be added to the international version of KHUX! The new Epic Medal Carnival features new Illustrated Sora & Riku medals, both of which are powerful Upright Medals that deal massive damage and raise attribute-based strength by 2 tiers for only 2 gauges. These medals, as well as any 6★ versions of other new Epic Medals, will grant you extra points when used in the High Score Challenge event! This pull guarantees you at least 1 Epic Medal, and at least 1 of the new Medals (Illustrated Sora, Illustrated Riku, Timeless River Sora, Timeless River Donald, or Timeless River Goofy). If you purchase a 10-Medal Deal 9 times and don't get an Illustrated Sora Medal, you are guaranteed an Illustrated Sora medal in your 10th purchased 10-Medal Deal. Lastly, please note that Illustrated Sora and Illustrated Riku can also be obtained through Daily Deals and Small Deals in addition to the 10 Medal deals with a maximum Special Attack Bonus of 4. After maintenance concludes at 10:00 JST on August 4th, players will notice quite a few new additions to the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ. Multiple upgrade medals will now only take up 1 inventory slot for up to 99 copies Can preview alternate BGMs when viewing details for medals that come with them Visual indicator of how many pulls left for guaranteed premium Player info now includes Coliseum progress info Attack buff indicators now correctly show up before damage is dealt instead of after Certain avatar parts will have a new "luck" parameter attached New party function setting lux farming time Save 3 loadouts per keyblade, must be at least +20 to unlock Home BGM now resumes instead of starting from beginning every time When dying or giving up on a quest, ability gauges are restored to whatever you had when you STARTED the quest The ability to save multiple decks Updates to the medal inventory A new button that will be helpful for parties New avatar boards with more Stat boosts New daily quests New story quests What new feature or update are you looking forward to the most? The official international Twitter account for Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ has announced a new event will be available from July 15th to July 28th. This event offers Queen of Hearts medals as well as Playing Cards medals, both of which are reversed medals. In order to evolve the Queen of Hearts medal, you will need to use playing card medals.Please view the chart below to see how many are necessary. Also, the harder the quest is, the stronger medals you will earn during the event. The chart below details what rewards you will receive for each difficulty level. The official International Twitter account for Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, covering both the North American and European versions of the game, has announced that the next 25 quests to be added will take place in Wonderland and will focus on Alice getting into trouble with the Queen of Hearts once again. The official Kingdom Hearts Facebook & Twitter have uploaded an image describing all of the tweaks that will come with tonight's maintenance. Most updates are in regards to the User Interface, though there are a few other things like free text entry in other languages, fixing issues specific to certain devices, as well as new functions for Events and Campaigns. Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ's official Twitter account is calling for more followers! And the more followers they get, the more jewels that we, the players of KHUX, will receive in return. Their tweet promises 1.5k jewels if they reach 30k followers and 3k jewels if they reach 50k followers. Their deadline is TOMORROW (July 7th, 2016) at 3:00 AM PT. So go forth and follow the official Twitter & tell your friends to do the same!

Both the North American & European versions of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ will be down for maintenance on July 6th/7th from 6:00 PM PT (1:00 AM UTC) until 4:00 AM PT (11:00 AM UTC). During this time you will not be able to access any part of the game other than the start screen.
