    I lived outside of the US too. what you can do, which is what I did is that you can purchase US iTunes giftcard online. I got mine from http://www.mygiftcardsupply.com they will send you the gift card via email after the purchase. the first time will take quite a while. I bought quite a few already you can search online for other similar websites or if you have friends living in the US, you can ask them to help you get some US iTunes giftcard. it's the only way you can purchase Jewels in KHUX.
