I think at some point by about 2009, someone told these geeks VR was the future and they thought the "proof" was the Wii doing good so they tried to rip it off, and Valve was working on VR with Oculus, so, they thought, ok, F immersion, we gonna focus on mundane crap.

@Daz_4th this is a good point -- u and me have talked about how cool the PS2's layout was but how come with the 3 and 4, they and the industry totally swapped priorities?
