i think the two last generations are just coming in terms with the reality of what they'll be able to afford

so useless

rn i just want my apartment and maybe to crochet on my freetime lol

that's also how I grew up thinking but that's also because i didn't have a terrible childhood i've had time to experience some "luxuries" even in middle class terms

and long term planning

or stuff that requires immediate attention

i'm pretty sure i'd lose it all in a matter of weeks or get scammed buying some house or apartment lol my brain can't handle such complex topics

it was overnight it's like work pleasure work pleasure

yup, but that's just bc those people have lived with a certain mentality i guess

it must take a certain amount of sheltering or cognitive dissonance to be wealthy and avoid all these issues i'd be uncomfortable with so much money, i'd either drown in luxury until i forget so much ppl starve out there, or use every penny to solve sth bc i wouldn't feel worthy to own so much

but like, would most ppl be willing to sacrifice daily comfort to just use that money to attempt (not even be sure to) changing things not justifying their behaviour im truly trying to think about all of this

there's so much to change with money

or narcissistic i mean with so much money, it's just so easy to hide yourself in your own bubble

I've always wondered if some of them are truly disconnected from the reality of lives of common people, or if they've just become very cynical

hm maybe they do and don't say it, maybe they just don't feel obligated to do so or to show it

social medias are going crazy everyone's there with their comment dude, i acknowledge i don't know much on the subject, and i feel like anything i'd say would either be just the same as 10k other people or come out extremely clumsy sometimes it's okay to just stay quiet

yeah there's the visibility aspect

yup overall im just uncomfortable w/ companies and some celebrities issuing statements like yeah could be genuine i still do think you're just dodging bullets
