DDD took me about a week, only thing I didn’t like was how abilities were locked behind dream eaters

I binged the whole series through the PS4 collections Started 1 in March and finished 3 in early May

KH3 was already out when I started KH1

Well yeah it’s not invalid I just don’t like seeing people get angry because what fanfiction they wrote in their mind years ago didn’t end up coming true Now there are plenty of valid reasons to be disappointed in 3 That’s not one of them tbh

Because I didn’t have 5 years to speculate and gain expectations

I think the way I played 3 impacted my opinion of it too

Tbh, KH3 retroactively made me appreciate DDD more

That’s valid, I just find it funny how people still hang on after not being satisfied since 2006.

Well ok let me rephrase, “only truly ENJOYING 10% of the franchise” Indifference doesn’t count

I find it funny how KH fans are some of the most passionate people I know while also hating 90% of the franchise

I beat BBS first time in 3 days during a vacation That was last year lol

I love BBS ngl

I don’t really have that much of a divide in my mind between “new” and “old” KH Because I played it all back to back in the span of 3 months

I felt connected at least but that’s cause I played it right after finishing RECOM so I was already interested in the Organization I wish I watched it after 2 tho

I didn’t just because I spent like 3 hours waiting for something to happen, and then like in the last 10 minutes there was an actual revelation

The only KH story that killed me to watch was Re Coded Never again NEVER again

I’m addicted to Nomura’s dangling mystery thread-juice so I at least get something out of it

I have pretty much only interacted with UX through YouTube cutscene compilations So from my perspective I’m having a great time Just like how I love Days Because I’ve only watched it as a movie

I’m expecting DR to hint towards the new arc but as far as Xehanort goes, I’m not expecting anything other than added context to Xehanort’s backstory
