it was this creepy thing in the 80's, (i saw it because my brother recorded it and showed me) it was about this girl who had these red shoes, and her mother told her not to wear the shoes in the rain, because they'd get dirty. She wore the shoes in the rain, and disobeyed. Eventually, that creepy shit (the clock man) came out of a clock, and like, kid knapped her, and took her on this disturbing LSD looking trip, and then she woke up. She swore to her mom that it was real, but the clock man told her not to tell about it, and the mom was like: "lol silly delusional little girl" and nobody beleived her. I don't remember a lot of it, and its SUPER foggy in my memory, i havent seen it for quite a few years, but it was made in the czech republic, (it was also czech lore) and was somehow aired on nickolodean as well.
