I'm excited for the steam versions mainly for modding purposes. I held off on EGS. Wonder if this also means they'll release the games natively on PS5, Xbox series, and maybe Switch successor.

It usually happens within a few weeks of release if I do have them lol They can be silly too. The Tears of the Kingdom dream had Koroks replaced with Pokemon.

For some reason I had it in my head that Yen Sid trained alongside them both, but Dark Road disproved that lol.

I tend to have dreams about games I'm anticipating before they release. It happened with Tears of the Kingdom most recently. I remember one for KH3. It involved the opening of the game being a flashback section, where you control young Eraqus, and young Xehanort and Yen Sid were party members. It was so vivid that when I woke up I wondered if I really was dreaming at first.

I think I've decided that I will let myself see the next trailer, and after that I'm going blackout on further trailers. hopefully we get a release window.

Steam releases will hold me over for a good bit Unfortunately I won’t see the big SGF presentation live because I’ll be working.

Just looked it up, and yep, it’s Keiji Fujiwara for both of them. Also holy crap, the Japanese voice for Vexen and Hojo (in remake/rebirth) is Shigeru Chiba

Heck Reno was voiced by Quinton Flynn in Advent children. And he has that flaming red hair. And yeah Vexen was pretty much E-rated Hojo

Long, long ago, I recall hearing something about KH2 in the pre release period. I don’t know if it was in an interview or if it was simply a false rumor, but I remember hearing that the gummi ship was playing a very minimal role and the primary transport between worlds was the train that takes you to Yen Sid’s house in Twilight Town. Nowadays I can’t really find anything on that bit of info. Does anyone else from that time remember that or am I imagining things?

KH1 and chain of memories were out when I got into the series. I was a teenager then and going to the game store and seeing the cover of kingdom hearts intrigued me. I had limited access to the internet then and I didn't know what it was. I remember thinking "why is donald and goofy hanging out with anime characters" lol little did I know I would board the train to Nomura's Wild Ride lol

with kh2, i remember seeing magazine scans. I remember getting super excited seeing pictures of the Pirates of the Carribean world. I did run into a spoiler online though in the period between the japanese and english releases, the one where we found out "ansem's" true identity.

yeah I'm a bit squeamish because of KH3 lol back then I had no restraint and watched every trailer that released I enjoyed the game alright but I just felt I had already seen a lot of it when all was said and done.

yeah I've been telling myself the next trailer probably won't be that spoilery. If anything we might get actual in game footage.

I am honestly torn. If we do get a trailer soon I want to see it, but… I’m also considering not watching any more trailers and going in as blind as possible. Going in minimalist really enhanced my experience with FF7 Rebirth, I had only seen the first two trailers then. I know I won’t be able to avoid everything but I’m honestly considering it.

Destiny islands had a clown shoe law stating all citizens must wear super oversized shoes. 😂
